Watermelon Salad
The weather is gorgeous and you cannot beat a fresh, crisp watermelon salad to cool you down. My children love watermelon so it is always an easy sell, however, if you are having company this is a great addition to the buffet!
INGREDIENTS:
- seedless watermelon cut into cubes
- red onion or and sweet onion cut into 1/4 rings
- feta cheese
- salt & pepper to taste
PREPARATION:
Cut the watermelon into 1 inch squares. Thinly slice the onion and cut into half rings. Sprinkle feta cheese and season with salt & pepper.
